(Per Press Association.) Wellington, June 5. At the Supreme Court, T. E. Mclntosh, guard on the Manawatu railway, charged with tiring a revolver at Mutu Apcrahania at Paikakariki, was acquitted. Auckland, June 6. At the Supreme Court Ernest Wright for larceny of and endorsing and uttering cheques, was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment.
