THE KIEL CANAL. (per press association.) Paris, June 2. M. Hanotaux, Minister for Foreign Affairs, replying to a criticism on the action of the Government, said they had accepted an invitation to take part in the opening of the Kiel Canal out of politeness only. Ho further added the interests of France and Russia regarding China were identical.
