Sudden Death of a Clergyman.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, This Day. The somewhat sudden death of the Rev. Alex. Car'rick, pastor of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, took place last evening. On the previous Sunday he preached vigorously, and stated he had not felt so well for some time past. On Wednesday morning he was seized with violent fits of vomiting and severe pains, which developed into a malignant tj'pe of typhoid fever.
