The Half-Holiday Question.

(Per Press Association). Auckland, May 31. This morning notice of appeal was lodged by the local Inspector of Factories, Mr Ferguson, against the decision given by Mr Northcrofc, S.M., in the cases at the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday last against Henry Sprouston Badely for alleged breaches of the Shops and Snop Assistants Act. The hearing of the appeal will take place at the Supreme Court about the 19th June.
