Mr D. J. Nathan's Scheme.
(Per Press Association.) Waxganui, May 29. At the Borough Council Chambers to-day a large and enthusiastic meeting of settlers from all parts of the district assembled to hear the address from Mr D. J. Nathan on his scheme for the improvement of the froxen meat trade. At the conclusion of the address a hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mr Nathan, and the following resolution carried unanimously : — " That this meeting desires tho Minister of Agriculture call to a meeting of delegates from the various Agricultural Pastoral Associations, Farmers Clubs, and Meat Export Companies to dsscuss the present position with a view of suggesting of a scheme, either Mr Nathan's or some other. ■
