o (Per Press Association.) .London, May 27. In the House of Commons Lord Kosebery introduced the ColoniaUudges Privy Council Bill. He explained the measure specially refen-ed to Australia, and expressed the" hope that it would form a valuable link in the Empire. Though no provision for salaries is made in Lord Kosebery's Colonial Judges • Privy Council) Bill, it is understood the Imperial Government will pay the Colonial Judges appointed to the Council unless the House of Commons refuses to agree to the payment. If the service of acting Colonial Judges are not available ex Colonial Judges, resident in England, will be allowed to sit. The Times, in discussing the Bill, com» plains that it is microscopic and tentative.
