Fatal Shooting Accident.

(Per Press Association.) Waipawa, May 25. A young man named OleTostensen was shot through the heart while out shooting with his brother on the special settlement west of Makaretu. He and his brother were sitting on a large log conversing. Ole sat with his feet and the but of his gun resting on a smaller Jog. Suddenly his gun fell to the ground, the hammers of both barrels striking the log, causing a discharge through his body, the main j part lodging in the lungs. Death resulted in ten minutes. The yerdict was accidental death.
