ARRIVAL OF A TROOPSHIP. VICTORIAN RAILWAYS. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). Sydney, May 20. The troopship Tyne, with relief crews for H.M. Ships Dart and Mildurn, has nr rived. Melbourne, This Day. The Minister of Railways stated in the Assembly that unless there was to be a change of gauge the railways proposed for construction might be regarded as at an end for the present. They could not construct lines at the cost that had been obtained in the past.
