The man in charge ot the Ferry may demand to have any portion of a load unloaded before taking- the vehicle on the punt, and any part ot a load so unloaded will be charged for m addition to the above scale at, the rate of 3d per ewe for goods and 6d per 100 feet for timber. Between ten o'clock at night and four o'clock in the morning double the above rates shall be charged.
