The Leonard Harper Case.
[Per Press Association.! London. May 18. Leonard Harper was charged at 80-r Street and remanded, and has not beer bailed out. He protested his innocence. He was charged with frauds while acting as attorney. The police, in their evidence, stated that lie offered to return to the colony, but that would not benefit his creditors, as he himself was living on charity. It has been definitely decided that Inspector Pender shall leave for England by the first boat to bring Leonard Harper back to the colony.
