At a meeting of the Trust and Agency Company of Australia th* chairmar said the outlook was encouraging, anc he congratulated the company on bemj able to maintain the payment of t dividend out of actual profits and re fuse money at 3£ per cent. During the year the sum of £46,000 had been paid in advance calls and the amount of debentures reduced by £17,000.
