The Armenian Atrocities.

(Per Press Association.) Constantinople, May 14. The note sent by Great Britain, Russia, and France, respecting reforms in Armenia, insists on one-third of the officials being Christians, that the Great Powers have the right of veto in the selection of Governors; a mixed gendarmarie; regular assizes; prison inspection ; the Kurds to be disarmed ; sufferers by the recent atrocities to be reimbursed ; and the appointment of a Commission to watch over the administration of Armenia. The Commission has discovered in Gellygoozan a burial pit containing the remains of several destroyed villages.
