(Per Press Association.) Wellington, May 14. The Post gives currency to the rumor that the New Zealand Estates Company has approached Ministers with a proposal to legislate a great lottery for the purpose of disposing of i>750,000 worth of the Assets Company's properties. The Post adds that though the necessary Bill will probably be introduced, privately Ministers are inclined to look not unfavorably on the scheme. Similar lotteries have recently been organised in Tasmania, Queensland and VieI toria, though not on such a scale.
