The Full Court ordered a new trial in the Kiloatnck-Huddart Parker Co. case in which the plaintiff obtained damages for the drowning of her husband in the wreck of the Alert. Sydney, May 13. She has a hundred thousand pounds in specie on board. The local shareholders in the Broken Hill Central have passed a resolution against the sale of the mine. Newcastle, May 14, Several returned " New Australians " have reached here in an entirely destitute condition.
