TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sir, — If the municipal buildings are to be put in the middle of the cross roads which will be the front ? Hastie, Bastings, Cobbe, and Goodbehere will each object to have the rear facing them, and you can't have a front all round. I am, &c, Inquisitive.
