The Eecent Court-Martial.

(Per Press Association). Sydney, May 7. In the Legislative Assembly the Premier, in reply to a question, said the Government had no right to interfere in H.M.S. Bingarooma court-martial, and he did not intend to transgress his proper official province. Representations were being made to the Imperial authorities in the proper way, and the matter would probably be dealt with in the House of Commons shortly.
