A Protest.
[Per Press Association j. Invercakgii.li, Maj r 6. At a meeting of the Chamber of Commerce, it was resolved that the committee address a remonstrance to the Commiseioner of Taxes against the system which has been adopted of sending round accountants to make a general inspection of ♦he books of the mercantile community.
