SUICIDE OF THE MURDERER. (Per Press Association). Melbourne, This Day. The Collingwood tragedy has ended as sensationally as it began. Whilst being hunted down by the police, Dooley took arsenic and died. A letter was found in one of his ppckets, stating l}e was glad of what lie had done and accusing his wife of infidelity. Two of his wife's children were not his, and if he could have found their father he wcxtfd have killed him also. He regretted he had struck Neale. Dooley went to the theatre on the evening after the tragedy had occurred.
