KIWITEA COUNTY COUNCIL. is hereby given that the Jj^l following Special Order was adopted at a special meeting of this Council on Saturday, 20th April, and it is proposed to confirm the s.ure at a Special Meeting of the said Kiwitea County Council to be held on Saturday, 25th May, 1895 : — Proposed Special Order : That this Conncil, under the provisions of " The Loans to Local Bodies Act, 18SG," and under and by virtue of a Warrant issued under the hands of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, dated the 21st day of June, 189-1, authorising the Kiwitea County Council to construct a bridge over the Kiwitea stream on Cheltenham Cross-road and apportioning the cost of the said bridge, borrow the sum of £'457 12s 3d for the purpose of providing two-thirds of the cost of erecting a Traffic Bridge'over the Kiwitea Stream on Cheltenham Cross-road, and making approaches thereto and all other work necessary for com - plction of said bridge, in accordance with above-mentioned warrant, and that a Special Rate of 1- 100 th of a penny in the £ be made upon the rateable value of the whole of the rateable property (Crown and Native Lands excepted) within the Kiwitea County for the purpose of providing interest on above loan of £457 12s 3d, to be borrowed under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886 " ; such rate to be annually recurring for 26 years, and payable in equal halfyearly instalments on the first day of April and October in each year.
