Action Against Nelson Bros.
£30,000 CLAIM. (PEB PRKSS ASSOCfATIOin. Invekcargill, This Day. Ie is reported that the directors of the Southland Frozen Meat Company have decided to take action against Nelson Bros , Limited, for A' 30,000 damages for alleged breach of contract. The claim is based on an allegation that after having entered into an agreement with the Company not to compete here in the freezing business with them, Nelson Bros, were directly concerned in the establishment of the Ocean Beach Freezing Works, Bluff. Sir Robert Stout has been retained by the plaintiffs.
