THE ADVANCES TO SETTLERS ACT.
A Loan of One and a Half Millions to the Floated. (Per Press Association.) London, April 26. In connection with the Advance to Settlers Act Mr Ward has arranged with the Bank of England to issue tomorrow a o per cent loan of a million and a half with a minimum of 90 (?). Tenders will close on Thursday.
