Railway Concessions.
> The Government have decided in the ' interest of the farmers that grass seed ' grown in the country and sent by rail to 5 any of the towns in order to be dressed »' shall be carried free on the railway, > provided, of course, the seed is for the 3 bona fide use of farmers. There is no doubt that the agricultural community will highly appreciate this concession.
