Arrest of a Nobleman.
. — -v (Per Press Association.) New York, April 24. The newspapers here announce the arrest of Viscount Drumlaurig (eldest son of tho Marquis of Queonsberry) on a charge of insanity. It is alleged that the arrest was made in order to prevent his marriage to a waiti-ess in California.
