When Dr Robertson signalled by beligraph to the relief force, Shear Afzul made off. Umra .Khan has not replied to the British offer of the terms of peace. April 24. It is reported that the Afghan troops have arrested Umra Khan, while the Khan of Dir is pursuing Sher Afzul. London, April 24. The Daily Chronicle says it is understood that the troops will be withdrawn from Chitral after peace has been established on a sound basis.
