The Horowhenua Block Case.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, This Day. The case of Warena Huaia v. Major Kemp and others is now being heard in the Appeal Court. This is a case relating to the Horowhenua Block, and the appeal is by Warena Hunia against the decision of the Chief Justice declaring him to be trustee of a portion of the Block awarded to him by the Native .Land Court. The case is being heard by Judges Williams, Denniston, and Connolly. Messrs Barnicoat and Morrison for appellant, Edwards and Skerrett for respondents. The case is expected to last several days.
