"VTOTICB is hereby given that it J^\ the intention of the Feilding Borough Council to erect Buildings at the corner of Stafford Street and Eimbolton Road for ihe puiposes of Municipal Chambers, Library, Read-ing-room?, Fire Engine-shed, and Committee-room for Fire Brigade purposes.
