FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL. "VTOTICB is hereby given that it J^\ the intention of the Feilding Borough Council to erect Buildings at the corner of Stafford Street and Eimbolton Road for ihe puiposes of Municipal Chambers, Library, Read-ing-room?, Fire Engine-shed, and Committee-room for Fire Brigade purposes. (1) In order to provide the moneys necessary to erect the above-men-tioned buildings it is proposed to borrow a sum of £900. (2) It is proposed to strike a Special Rate of one perm} r in the £ over the whole o? the rateable property in the Borough as a security for the due payment of interest on the amount proposed to be borrowed as above.
