The New Zealand Tunes Company.

Per Press Association.) Wellington. April 22. The adjourned annual meeting of the New Zealand Times Company was held to-day. A good deal of interest had been aroused in the proceedings from various reports current during the past few weeks but, merely routine business was transacted. There was a large attendance of shareholders, including the Premier. The report and ballance sheet were adopted, and votes of thanks unanimously passed to the editorial and commercial staff. The retiring directors, Messrs Collins and Sandford were re-elected.
