There were eight householders present, Mr Fry in the chair. A statement of school excursion accounts, abstract of school accounts, and report for last year, ' were read and approved. The follow- ■ ing were elected a committee for the , ensuing year :— Messrs Fry (chairman), Newell, Apel, Pearson, Humphrey, and [ Baker. The Board is to be recommen- : ded to appoint Mr Moifcensen to fill the > vacancy.
