Court of Appeal.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION/. Wellington, This Day. The half-yearly sittings of the Court of Appeal commenced this morning. The business is much less than usual only six cases being on the list. After sitting and settling the order of cases the Court rose until to-morrow, when the ease of Thompson -v. Phillips, an appeal from Justice Williams, will be taken.
