The Suez Canal.
(Per Press Association.) Cairo, April 16 The French Consular Court here has adjudged that the Canal Company is absolutely French. An appeal has been lpdged against the decision, which is awaited with considerable interest as involving the claim of exclusive jurisdiction of the Capal Convention of 1886, which describes the company as Egyptian.
