French Aggression in Africa.
[per press association. I London. April 15. Captain Lugard has left Zanzibar for England, and takes important news respecting the French aggression in the Niger territory. Colonel Colville, commander of the forces in Uganda, considers that if it was desired nothing could stop the British advance in the Nile Valley. Treaties he regards as useless, and he says ' that to attack Khartoum a force of 1 10,000 soldiers is required.
