"VTOTICB ia hereby gwen that it JS the intention of the -Feilding Borough Council to erect Buildings at the corner of Stafford Street and Kimbolton Road for the pmposes of Municipal Chambers, Library, Read-ing-rooms, Fire Engine-shed,^ and Committee-room for Five Brigade purposes. (1) In order to provide the moneys necessary to erect the above-men-tioned buildings it is proposed to borrow a sum of £900. (2) It is proposed to strike a Special Rate of one penny in the £ over the whole of the rateable property in the Borough as a security for the due payment of interest on the amount proposed to be borrowed as above.
