(Per Press Association.) .London, March 31. The balance-sheet of the Bank of Australasia shows a pi'ofit of .£57,600, of which £9600 is carried forward. The deposits amount to .£12,700,000 ; public securities and cash items, .£5,072,000 ; advances ou bills receivable and other assets, £11,910,000. The directors report that the business of the bank considering the circumstances in the colonies has been well maintained, and they hope to see the connection increased if the current season is favorable. The bank's business in "West Australia is progressing favorably.
