A meoting of the Pohangina Football Club was held in Mr Adsett's shed, twenty-live members being present ; Mr Taylor in the chair, The following officers were elected :— Patron, Mr J, G. Brown ; president, Mr G. Adsett 5 vicepresidents, Messrs Bolton and Robinson; secretary, Mr Taylor ; treasurer, Mr A. Fraser ; captain, Mr J. Johnston ; vice-captain, Mr J. Payne ; match committee, Messrs Johnston, Lucas, and Payne. — Standard. New winter goods now arriving at the Bon Marche. Ladies' jackets, capes and mackintoshes in immense variety, and the prices are astonishingly moderate. Spence and Spence have made great preparations for this winter's trade,baving extensive shipments now to open up in every hue. — Advt. The Hygienic blended teas are puro and unadulterated.
