The Rebellion in Cuba.
(PKK PRESS ASSOCIATION) Maduid, March 28. A further force of 3000 men has been sent to Cuba. Ministers say the}' are prepared, if necessary, to despatch 100,---000 men. Spain is devoting £250,000 to repressing the Cuban revolt. Ministers declare tha 1 ; they will not stop at any sacrifice to preserve the colouy.
