Feilding Harmonic Society.
A meeting of the committee of the above society was held at Mr Greenwood's residence last evening. Present — Messrs Hill (chairman), Greenwood, Treseder, W. Giesen (secretary), and Mrs Macarthur. Sub-committees were formed to frame a report and arrange for new music for the coming season. A resolution was passed expressing regret at the resignation of Miss Greenwood, lion, pianiste to the society, on account of ill-health. j It was decided to hold the first meeting on the 18th of April. With a vote of thanks to the chair, and to Mr Greenwood for the use of the room, the meeting closed.
