THE HOME RULE QUESTION. (Por Press Association.) London, March 27. Mr J. H. Dalziel, member for Kirkcaldy, has given notice in the House of Commons to move a resolution granting a legislature in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England, with control of domestic uffairs. The Daily Chronicle states that the Irish memders and the Government party will support the motion. March 28 Tho Conservative members have informed Mr Gully that if he is elected Speaker, and the Ministry are defeated at the nest general election, he will not re-elected, and his pension will be refused. Sir William Harcourt has refused to bring in ix Bill proclaiming a general holiday on May Ist every year. a___________o_____-__
