o : — The Hawke's Bay Cup, won by Dre&tal&ud, was presented to Mr D. McKinnon, the owner, by Miss Russell, daughter of Captain Russell, the President of the Club. Horse owners are reminded that the nominations for the Foxton Racing. Club's Autumn Meeting close with Mr J. R. McMillan, the Hon. Sec, this evening at 9 o'clock. This will probably be the last Autumn Meeting held by the Club, and no doubt the nomination list will be a very heavy one. The telegraph office is open between 7 and 8 p.m.
