Polo Tournament.

(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, March 19. The polo tournament continued to-day with the matches between Rangitikei fir^t and Warivngate and between Rangitikei second and North Canterbury. The weather was s> gain fine and there was a good attendance. The first game produced some splendid , play, but Rangitikei first, besides being the better mounted team, were a little stronger than their opponents anil ultimately won by five goals to one. The game between INorth Canterbury and Rangitikei second was of a most exciting description j air! at the cbse of the stipulated play it ended in a tie, each team having 1 scored four goals. It wasdecidedt >play another spell and amidst great cheers Dalrymple hit a ball and secured the match for Rangitikei. The following were the teams engaged :—Kangitikei first— Blundell, J. Wilson, Bell, Riddiford. Warrengate — Chapman, McDonald, Cameron, liowison. Rangitikei second — W. Keller, Dalrymple, E. Keiller, G. Wilson. North Canterbury — Lance, Gray, Dam pier, Crossley, McDonald.
