The Late Governor Duff.

(Per Press Association.) Sydney, March 19. In the Legislative Assembly this afternoon, Premier Read moved that an address of condolence be sent to Lady Duff. Sir G. Dibbs, in seconding the motion, said he trusted the differences which had existed between Sir Robert Dnff and the late administration — differences which were not of a personal or hostile character, but merely differences of principle — would be buried for ever. The Premier's motion was agreed to. _____ ______
