(Per Press Association.) Napier. March 19. The weather was fine and the course hard for the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club's meeting to-day. .£5415 was the total passed through the machine. The following are the results : — Handicap Hurdles.— Kapua 1, Tiritea 2, Melinite 3. Time, 3min 59 2-sth sec. Dividend, £6 ss. Hawke's Bay Cup, a piece of plate value 100 soys, wifch 300 soys added. — Dreamland 1, North Atlantic 2, Rangipuhi 3. Time, 3min 7 4-sth sees. Dividend, £6 10s. Nursery Handicap. — Solitaire 1, Orion Belt 2, Rip Van Winkle 3. Time, lmin 21 l-sth sees. Dividend, £2 17s. High Weight Handicap.— Sylvanus 1, Scot Free 2, Tuhiwai 3. Dividend, £12 7s. Trial Handicap.— Brooklet 1, Aphony 2, Flaneur, 3. Time, lmin 55 2-sth sec. Dividend, £-i 2s. Railway Handicap. — Ua 1, Tartan 2, Krina 3. Time, lmin 17sec. Dividend, £7. This Day. There is fine weather for the second day's racing, and the attendance is large. March Handicap— Krina 1, Spindrift 2, King Cannibal 3. All started but Stepfeldt. Won by three quarters of a length. Time, lmin 45sec. Dividend, Lls 19s.
