New Zealand Rugby Union.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, March 17. A meeting of the management committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union was held on Saturday evening. Correspondence was received from Queensland respecting the proposed visit of Queenslanders to New Zealand during the coming saason, and it was decided to extend a cordial welcome to the visitors. It was reported that the Auckland Union representatives would tour New Zealand, visiting affiliated unions this season, and that the Wellington Union would also go south. A letter forwarded to the English Union by the Otago Union, complaining of the Canterbury Union not having played Otago last season, and which had been forwarded for the information of the New Zealand Union by Sir Rowland Hill was read. -^^_^__ —
