In view of the prevailing depression and with a desire to share the burdens of the adherents of the church, the Wesleyan Canference has adopted a recommendation to reduce the minimum allowance to ministers as follows. Married men to LSO per quarter, single men L 35 per quarter, and probationers L3O \ per quarter. ',
