Insurrection m South America.
LOSS OF 800 MEN. (Per Press Association.) New York, March 4. News has been received that the insurgents in Columbia (South America) defeated the Government troops near the city of Cucutta, and followed up their victory by capturing the city. The Government troops lost 800 men in the engagement.
