Killed in a Duel.
I Per Press Association. | Paris. March 2. M. Percher, editor of the Journal Egyptian, published in Cairo, whe secretly prompted the Khedive in his recent fractiousness, was killed in a due] with M. Chattellie, the mining engineer, They had a dispute oyer the Colonial question and the duel was arranged, Percher being stabbed in the lung. Death was instantaneous.
