The New Hebrides.
♦ I CYCLONES and NATIVE TROUBLES t — — (Per Press Association.) E Sydney, This Day. The steamer Emu from the New Hebrides encountered the fringe of a cyclone after leaving the group. It is feared the islands have fared badly. The settlers about Villa, learning that trouble was brewing in certain quarters, and men threatening one another with rifles, have elected two Magistrates — one French and the other English — to take steps to peaceably settle all disputes without resource to arms.
