BACK TO ROYAL FAVOUR. (Per Press Association). Shanghai, February 26. Li Hung Chang has returned to Pekin. He was graciously received by the Emperor. When retiring after having had an audience with the Emperor, Li Hung Chang declared that his life was always at his master's disposal.
