The Premier, speaking at Penrith, said all he wanted was a trial of 12 months If he did not redeem his pledges m that time there would be a big smash somewhere. He waa trying to emulate the horse which comes in at the finiah. With in the next few months the pace would get hotter and hotter till the last man doubting his sincerity would have to say he would come off right in time.
