French Encounter with Pirates.
HEAVY LOSS OF LIFE.
FFES FBESB ASSOCIATION. 1 J?4Rjs, February 22. News has been received that the Black Flags captured a French onvoy in Tonquin, killing thirteen of his guard. The French, in a later engagement with the pirates, lost 85 men— killed and wounded.
