TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sir,— ls it true that three little girls were carried out of school yesterday in a fainting condition and that the doors and windows were closed ? One can scarcely believe dame rumour, but the little ones have hardly had time to acquire our habit of " enlarging." They may, however, have inherited it ( When it is found that children are walking three or four miles to the Makino school rather than be stifled in Feilding, one begins to think it possible that then? little ones are being given a heritage of lung disease.
